This site has been a seedling in my head for many years now and I feel lucky to have reached a point in my life where I can give it the time and dedication that it deserves.
My approach to MORE WELL is like my approach to wellness in general: holistic and as well-rounded and open-minded as possible. Wellness will be explored not just through the lenses of physical and mental health, but also in relation to our social, intellectual and emotional wellbeing. While the main focus of my content will be on evaluating and managing stressors in a variety of aspects of our lives, MORE WELL will also include discussions of the latest health trends, reviews of books and articles with a focus on wellness, advice for treating common aches, pains and injuries, simple tips and strategies you can try at home or in your workplace for reducing stress, staying organized and improving mindfulness, and more.
I do not consider myself an expert of anything, so while I will draw on my personal experience, education and working knowledge, content will be well researched and may include sage wisdom and advice from friends and other wellness professionals when appropriate.
